Spring is finally starting to bloom at Rookscroft! I was sitting in my studio last week gazing out at the daffodils when I spotted Vernon crossing the lawn on his way to visit Frank in the orchard. I tried to get a picture to share with you but he was too fast on his feet and by the time I had grabbed my camera he was nowhere to be seen. I ventured outside to see if I could spot him but sadly he was gone. I did take a picture of these beautiful wisteria flowers for you, they grow all over clothing the house in a fine purple coat.
