• No VAT is charged on any products or shipping.
• Shipping charges may include taxes we incur from couriers.
• Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT/duties in the destination country - these are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Orders are shipped from the UK.
• Shipping charges cover delivery, packaging, and handling.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and service.

• Returns accepted within 90 days from the invoice date.
• Items must be in saleable condition - clean, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
• Return shipping is the retailer’s responsibility.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery (with photos) for replacement or refund.

• You are free to resell our products at any price you choose.
• We recommend using the listed Recommended Retail Price (RRP) shown on our product pages to help maintain consistency and perceived value.
• We do not currently operate a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
