📦 Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving them.

🇬🇧 UK Orders
We use a reliable tracked delivery service for all UK orders. Tracking information will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched. Most deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

🌍 International Orders
We use tracked delivery services for international orders whenever available, and tracking information will be provided once dispatched. Delivery typically takes 6-12 working days, though delays can occasionally occur due to customs and local postal systems.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are collected by the delivery carrier.

📦 Packaging

All items are carefully packaged using new boxes and, when possible, recycled or eco-friendly filler. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

🔁 Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated based on total order weight and your destination. Rates are displayed during checkout and are fixed per country and weight tier.

💾 Digital Downloads

We currently offer a selection of free digital downloads (such as colouring books and printables). These are available at no cost and do not require payment information.

To receive your download:

  1. Add the digital item to your cart.

  2. Proceed through checkout — no payment details are needed.

  3. Once completed, a download link will be provided immediately on the confirmation page and sent to your email.
